Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use Tiger. By using the process, you represent that you are at least this minimum age.

Account: Some features of the app may require you to register an account. You are responsible for taking necessary precautions to ensure that your password and confidential account information is kept safe, is disclosed only by you and not by anyone else.

Term Modifications: Tiger reserves the right to change this Terms & Conditions any time. We will inform users of any major changes. The continued use of the app will mean your acceptance of these changes.

Content Access: Free and Premium courses on Tiger. You have a lot of content like movies, web series and also TV shows to watch. Premium content requires a subscription.

User Conduct: You agree not to use the app to: 1.engage in any illegal or potentially harmful conduct. These also include other Intellectual Property rights infringements such as hacking, or spamming.

Use License: Tiger provides you with a personal, nontransferable and nonexclusive license to use the App in personal or non-commercial purpose.

Payment: When you purchase tiger premium, you will pay the fees which are described in the app. Payments are securely handled by our payment processors.

Duration of subscription: Premium is a reoccurring subscription that is billed monthly or annually. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time but will not be refunded back for any unused time of the subscription.

Premium Perks: Premium members get ad-free streaming, HD and offline access, and more.

Responsibility: the content you give or post on Tiger is your content. You hereby grant Tiger a global, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use and publish such content.

Moderation: Tiger may at its discretion delete any content that it considers infringes these Terms or is harmful, objectionable, or unlawful.

No Warranty: The app is provided solely on an “as is” and “as available” basis, and even though DHS will do all it can to deliver an uninterrupted service, no warranties of any kind or nature are provided. Tiger makes no commitment that the app will be error free or that the service will be available at all times.

Limitation of Damages: In no event will Tiger be liable for (i) any incidental, indirect, special, punitive, or consequential damages, even if Tiger has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
